Beyond the Indus – Ed Peters

India is frequently viewed as an exotic land of temples , snake charmers ,  and maharajas  .  All of those things exist  beyond the Indus , but India is also  a country that transcends cliches . The cliches coexist alongside  commercial growth , technological development , and rapidly growing cities . It’s the challenge of  capturing the texture of life ,  created by these contradictory elements ,  which draws me to India’s streets .
